In a dramatic turn of events, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray has called for "bulldozer justice" in the tragic Mumbai BMW hit-and-run case, demanding stringent punitive action against Mihir Shah, the prime accused and son of Shiv Sena leader Rajesh Shah. The incident, which occurred in Worli, claimed the life of Kaveri Nakhwa (45) and left her husband Pradeep injured.

Thackeray, who represents Worli constituency as an MLA, expressed outrage during his visit to the Nakhwa family, emphasizing that they seek justice rather than monetary compensation. "The regime that believes in bulldozer justice must take swift action against Mihir Rajesh Shah's residence. I urge bulldozer justice to be served in this case," Thackeray declared, referring to the controversial practice of demolishing properties of accused individuals before their guilt is determined by courts.

The BMW allegedly driven by Mihir Shah collided with a two-wheeler, leading to the fatal accident. Mihir Shah has been charged with culpable homicide and is currently in police custody until July 16.

"This case must be treated as murder and handled accordingly," Thackeray asserted, highlighting the severity of the incident and the need for decisive legal action. His comments come amidst public outcry and demands for justice across Mumbai.
