During his visit to Siwan, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the RJD and Congress while highlighting the NDA government’s development agenda for the state. PM Modi addressed issues ranging from Dalit representation and Babasaheb Ambedkar's legacy to infrastructure projects, poverty alleviation, and Bihar’s role in India’s global economic rise. 

• On Babasaheb Ambedkar and Opposition's Alleged Disrespect:
  “The whole country saw what the RJD did to Babasaheb's photo recently... I know that these people will never apologise because they have no respect for the Dalits and the backwards. RJD and Congress place Babasaheb's photo at their feet while Modi keeps him in his heart.”
• On Inclusive Development and Constitution:
  “Everyone should get the opportunity to progress and no one should be discriminated against. This is the essence of our Constitution. That is why we say 'sabka saath sabka vikas'. But the 'lantern' and 'panja' people say, 'parivar ka sath, parivar ka vikas'. This is the gist of their politics. They do not shy away from harming crores of families in Bihar for the benefit of their families. Babasaheb Ambedkar was against such politics.”
• On Marhowra Rail Factory and Bihar's Industrial Growth:
  “Marhowra rail factory is an example of the kind of Bihar NDA is creating... Now Bihar will be hailed in Africa too. This factory has been built in the same Saran district, which had been called backwards and abandoned by the RJD and Congress. Today, this district has created its space on the manufacturing and export map of the world. The 'jungle raj' people stalled the development engine of Bihar. But now a Bihar-made engine will power an African train.”
• On Anti-Investment Politics of Opposition:
  “RJD and Congress actions are anti-Bihar and anti-investment. Whenever they talk about development, people see locks hanging on shops, businesses, industries and trades... These people have been the nurturers of poor infrastructure, mafia raj, gunda raj, and corruption.”
• On Congress-Era License Raj and Dalit Backward Suffering:
  “Congress's 'License Raj' kept Bihar poor for a long time... The Dalit and backwards communities were the biggest victims of this. Some families became millionaires and billionaires by showing these people false dreams of being free from poverty.”
• On Housing and Personal Commitment to Service:
  “In the coming time, three crore more houses will be built. I told you I will not stop at the work of service. Modi will not sleep peacefully and will keep working day and night because you people are my family. It is my dream that not even a single member of my family should be left behind or stay in misery.”
• On Opposition’s Damage to Bihar's Reputation and Warning to Voters:
  “The 'panja' and 'lantern' people together have hurt the pride of Bihar. They looted so much that poverty became Bihar's misfortune... But Modi is not the one who becomes quiet after doing so much work. I have to do a lot more for Bihar. Those who brought 'jungle raj' to Bihar are looking for an opportunity to repeat their old deeds somehow. You have to be very cautious for the bright future of your children. People who are ready to put the brake on the journey towards a prosperous Bihar have to be kept at bay... These people used to raise slogans of 'gareebi hatao'. But the NDA government made it possible after you voted for us.”
• (Repeated Emphasis on Jungle Raj and Cautioning Public Again):
  “The 'panja' and 'lantern' people together have hurt the pride of Bihar. They looted so much that poverty became Bihar's misfortune... But Modi is not the one who becomes quiet after doing so much work. I have to do a lot more for Bihar. Those who brought 'jungle raj' to Bihar are looking for an opportunity to repeat their old deeds somehow. You have to be very cautious for the bright future of your children.   “I returned from abroad only yesterday. During this visit, I spoke to the leaders of the world's prosperous countries. All the leaders are very impressed with India's rapid progress. They see India becoming the world's third-largest economic superpower. Bihar is going to play a crucial role in this.”
• On Legacy of Bihar’s Great Leaders and Project Announcements:
  “The government of NDA is carrying forward the life mission of great men like Rajendra Prasad and Brajkishore Prasad with firm determination... In line with this development, we have inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of projects worth thousands of crores of rupees on this platform today.”
