A large number of Karni Sena members created chaos outside Samajwadi Party (SP) Rajya Sabha MP Ramji Lal Suman’s Kuberpur residence on March 26, protesting against his controversial remark calling Rajput ruler Rana Sanga a "traitor."
Angry protestors reached Suman’s house with a bulldozer, vandalizing vehicles parked nearby. Despite police barricades on the Agra-Delhi highway, Karni Sena members forced their way through the back gate of the premises, breaking glass panes and damaging property. The police had to resort to lathi charge to disperse the mob, leading to injuries among several officers.

The controversy erupted after Suman’s speech in Rajya Sabha on March 21, where he claimed that Rana Sanga invited Babur to India to defeat Ibrahim Lodi. "If Muslims are descendants of Babur, then you are also descendants of Rana Sanga—a traitor," he had said, sparking outrage from right-wing groups.
In response to the planned protest, security around Suman’s house was tightened, with additional barricades and police deployment. However, tensions escalated as protestors ignored warnings, forcing authorities to take strict action.
