Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole has expressed strong confidence in the formation of a Congress-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government in Maharashtra, citing favorable voting trends and growing public support. Speaking about the political scenario, Patole stated, "The way the voting trends are coming, and the way people are responding, it is evident that most Congress candidates will win. There is no doubt that the MVA government will be formed under Congress leadership." He also emphasized that the Chief Minister in the upcoming government would be from the MVA alliance.

Patole criticized the BJP, accusing them of unethical practices during the election. Referring to an incident involving BJP's national general secretary, Patole said, "We saw BJP's national general secretary distributing money. The hotel he stayed in did not allow him to stay beyond 5 pm due to violations of the code of conduct. He claimed he was distributing letters?does this mean BJP has no workers on the ground? How many lies will they continue to tell?" He also targeted Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's personal assistant, who is contesting elections from Wardha. Patole alleged, "Liquor bottles were found in his warehouse, despite Wardha being a liquor-ban district. Is BJP trying to carry out a 'note jihad' by distributing liquor and money? This raises serious questions about their commitment to the constitutional system."

With the Congress party showing confidence in its performance, Patole?s remarks highlight the potential revival of the MVA alliance, which includes Congress, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), and Shiv Sena (UBT).
