Union Home Minister Amit Shah delivered a fiery speech in Bihar, shutting down speculation about leadership changes and asserting the BJP-led NDA’s dominance ahead of the upcoming elections. “CM ya PM koi seat khali nahi hai… yahan Nitish Kumar hain, wahan PM Modi hain,” thundered Shah, reaffirming that both leaders remain firmly in command.
Drawing massive applause from the crowd, Shah hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi for restoring Bihar’s pride by honouring former Chief Minister Karpoori Thakur with the Bharat Ratna. “Modi ji ne Bihar ka maan badhaya hai. Jan Nayak Karpoori Thakur ko Bharat Ratna dekar unke sapnon ko jeevit kiya,” he declared.
Launching a fierce attack on the opposition, Shah accused the Congress, TMC, and Samajwadi Party of stalling the Ram Temple construction for decades. “For years, Lord Ram lived in a tent. But Modi ji ne Ram Mandir banaya. Ab Mithila mein Mata Sita ka mandir banega — yeh Modi ji ka sankalp hai,” he announced, invoking cultural pride and devotion.
Taking a dig at RJD and its leadership, Shah said the people of Bihar are done with “jungle raj” and now stand with “vikas raj.” He called upon voters to give a sweeping mandate to the NDA, saying, “November 6 ko pehla charan hai — Darbhanga ki 10 ki 10 seats NDA ki honi chahiye! Maithila ki beti Maithili Thakur vijay hone wali hai!”
Highlighting the Modi government’s decisive actions, Shah recalled the Centre’s tough measures against terrorism. “When the Pahalgam attack happened, Prime Minister Modi carried out Operation Sindoor. We banned PFI and arrested its members — yeh hai Modi sarkar ka jazba desh suraksha ke liye,” he asserted.
Later in Shantipur, Shah rallied NDA supporters once again, emphasizing that under Nitish Kumar’s leadership in Bihar and Modi’s leadership in Delhi, the state is heading toward a new era of stability and growth. “NDA ke paas netritva bhi hai, neeti bhi hai, aur niyat bhi hai,” he concluded with a thunderous ovation from the crowd.
