Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his visit to Bihar, released the 19th instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, providing direct financial assistance to crores of farmers across the country. Addressing a massive gathering in Bhagalpur, PM Modi also inaugurated and dedicated several key development projects aimed at boosting infrastructure, agriculture, and connectivity in the region.
The PM-Kisan scheme, which offers ₹6,000 annually to eligible farmers in three equal instalments, has been a crucial financial support system for the agricultural community. With this latest instalment, lakhs of farmers in Bihar and across India received their share of benefits directly in their bank accounts.

Apart from the scheme’s rollout, PM Modi also unveiled multiple projects focusing on roadways, railways, irrigation, and rural development, reaffirming his government’s commitment to Bihar’s progress. He emphasized that these initiatives would accelerate economic growth and improve livelihoods in the state.
