Rahul Gandhi Jaise Namune BJP Ke Liye Achhe Hai': Yogi Adityanath’s Scathing Attack On Congress Leader

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a no-holds-barred attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, calling him a "namuna" (specimen) who ultimately benefits the BJP.

In a conversation with ANI, CM Yogi dismissed Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra as a mere ploy, labeling it a "Bharat Todo Abhiyaan" (campaign to break India). He claimed that Gandhi’s actions have repeatedly exposed his true intentions, which the people of India have now understood.

"Bharatiya Janata Party ke liye Rahul Gandhi jaise kuch namune rehne chahiye jisse rasta hamesha ke liye saaf hota rahe aur acha rahe" (For the BJP, having a few specimens like Rahul Gandhi ensures a clear and smooth path ahead), Adityanath remarked.

The Chief Minister also lashed out at the Congress for deliberately stalling key reforms and keeping controversies alive for political mileage. He questioned the party’s failure to resolve critical national issues.

"Why did the Congress not abolish triple talaq? Why did they not promote the Kumbh with pride and divinity? Why did Congress fail to provide world-class infrastructure?" he asked.

Adityanath further alleged that Congress had sought foreign influence in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections by accepting funds from billionaire George Soros. He accused the opposition of using "foreign money" to manipulate poll outcomes, calling it an act of betrayal.

"The Congress spread misinformation and used George Soros's money to influence polls. Foreign money was involved. This is akin to treason," he declared.

Reflecting on the BJP’s performance in Uttar Pradesh, where the INDIA bloc won 43 seats compared to BJP’s 36, Adityanath maintained that the state’s governance model remains a benchmark for the country.

On the subject of religious harmony, he asserted that minorities in Uttar Pradesh were the safest. However, he raised concerns over whether the same level of security was possible for Hindus in Muslim-majority areas.

"A Muslim family is the safest among a hundred Hindu families. They will have the freedom to practice all their religious deeds. But can 50 Hindus be safe among 100 Muslim families? No. Bangladesh is an example. Before this, Pakistan was an example," he remarked.
